The expensive problems rarely sit inside one department. A tax position affects the audit; an expansion plan affects banking; a family restructuring needs valuation, company-law and tax analysis together.

Our manufacturing audits focus on the evidence, reconciliations and transaction logic that Income-tax and GST officers are likely to test later.
That means unresolved mismatches, weak documentation and aggressive positions are identified before they become additions, interest or penalty exposure.
Tax-defensible records
Ledger positions are connected to agreements, invoices, statutory returns and management explanations.
GST reconciliations
Turnover, ITC, e-invoices, e-way bills, job work and vendor compliance are examined for material gaps.
Manufacturing evidence
Inventory, scrap, consumption, yield, capex, tooling and related-party transactions receive operating context.
Scrutiny readiness
Material judgements and unusual transactions are documented so responses can be prepared from an existing trail.
No audit can prevent a departmental enquiry or guarantee its outcome. Strong evidence and reconciliations can, however, reduce avoidable disputes, additions and penalties.
Plan how profit is earned, retained and distributed.
Family-owned manufacturers need more than return filing. The structure should support expansion, succession, promoter cash flow and lawful tax efficiency.
